Educating our next generation in sustainable ways of living is our key to a secure future. In association with Seeds of Eden, Stanford Hall is offering a great environment to do just that. Over the coming months we’ll be creating a permaculture/wildlife garden, a formal kitchen garden, crop trial beds and an orchard area to showcase many sustainable growing methods. These gardens will then be used to teach children from local schools, as well as those from inner city schools during our existing summer camps and residential trips. Come and join us every Monday to help out with this exciting project! Produce from the gardens is available to all via our membership scheme so you won’t leave empty handed. Bring a packed lunch, snacks to share, some gloves and some decent boots. All ages and abilities welcome!
